Processing Time

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

  • International Shipping: We currently ship to a few international countries. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. Shipping Delays

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Levitate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Address

Undeliverable Packages

  • Returns to Sender: Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments will incur additional shipping charges if they are to be re-shipped. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If your oil has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for products that are returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
