Undeliverable Packages

Returns

  • Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If your oil has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for products that are returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
